Before the Olympic Torch joins us in Aysgarth Falls, and Leyburn, it will be passing through Aiskew and Bedale, after making an early run through Thirsk and Northallerton.
The Olympic Torch will be coming to Bedale on the morning of Wednesday 20th June 2012. Because we’re nearby (Silicon Dales, Web Design, is based just the Bedale side of Leyburn) we thought we’d let people know exactly when to expect the Olympic Torch Relay to arrive in Bedale.
Make sure you’re there in time to catch the eternal flame for London 2012 pass through Bedale using the info below!

What Route Will Olympic Torch Relay Take Through Aiskew & Bedale?
The Torch relay will start on the outskirts of Aiskew, on the A684 (Northallerton side) just the Bedale side of the railway crossing. It will continue along the A684 to Bedale, where the Torchbearers will change (at 11:16 am) before the torch goes into Bedale, turning right with the A684 next to Vasey’s newsagents, before heading up the high street towards Leyburn. It will finish at the edge of town, near Bedale Golf Club.
