Wensleydale Show 2012 - Results & Photos from Leyburn Showground

We went along to the Leyburn showground on Saturday 25th August 2012, for the Wensleydale Agriculural Show 2012.

Despite an afternoon of fairly consistent rain, a great time was enjoyed by all at the Wensleydale Show, including us.

It was good to see many local friends, colleagues and clients enjoying the show – as well as plenty of visitors to the area. While the weather was not as good as on previous years, at least the show was able to take place, after summer washouts at the Great Yorkshire Show and North Yorkshire Show earlier in the year.

Huge congratulations to all concerned: committee, organisers, marshalls and, importantly, all competitors. It has been a difficult year for show preparations, so it was fantastic to see a local event so well supported.
