During the initial consultation we’ll gather information about users, organizational structure and communication flows.
The current setup will be covered, so that we can understand where productivity can be increased and – perhaps more importantly – which processes must remain, even if they “slow things down” a little.
Things like your current team, your device inventory, and any potential problems (like old developer went away with logins!) will be covered here.
G Suite Setup
User accounts will be setup with any forwards, delegated access, aliases and alternative addresses. Users’ devices will then be setup, so your workforce can access email and shared documents on the move. For larger deployments, training and assistance will be provided to help staff get the most out of the new system.
Email and document migration
Once user accounts are setup, email, documents and files will be migrated from the existing setup to the new setup. This will be timed to occur at a quiet time and, depending on the amount of data involved, can take a few days.
